Coachella 2025 wasn’t just a festival, it was a full-on vibe explosion. From April 11–13, the Empire Polo Grounds in Indio, California, transformed into a living, breathing canvas of music, art, and beautiful chaos. Every corner of the desert dripped with style, and the festival once again redefined what it means to be iconic. From jaw-dropping outfits to vlogs capturing the raw, behind-the-scenes reality of camping life, and of course, the larger-than-life performances, Coachella delivered an unforgettable experience. People online couldn’t stop saying it—we’re so back.

Gaga's Gagachella: A Performance for the Ages

Let’s talk about the real showstopper: Lady Gaga’s headline set. We’ve all heard of Beychella, often hailed as the greatest Coachella performance of all time. But this year, Gagachella made its mark. If you weren’t tuned in for weekend one, you missed the moment of the festival. Gaga’s performance wasn’t just a concert; it was a statement, a journey through pop history and theatrical brilliance. From stunning vocals to jaw-dropping visuals and choreography, she delivered a high-energy spectacle that had the crowd screaming, crying, and completely losing their minds.

Gaga didn’t just perform—she reigned. Her set has sparked fresh debate among festival goers, with many claiming it surpassed Beyoncé’s iconic 2018 Beychella performance. It was a powerful mix of raw emotion, dynamic staging, and the unmatched strength of Gaga’s voice. For those in the crowd, it felt like witnessing pop culture history in real time, and many are calling it nothing short of iconic.

Memorable Moments and Performances

Although Gaga was the talk of the town, Choachella wasn’t just about her. The festival was packed with unforgettable performances that had everyone buzzing.

  • Charli XCX set the stage for hyperpop with lasers and incredible visuals. The crowd loved every moment, and Charli certainly didn’t disappoint. She brought out surprise guests Lorde and Addison Rae for some unforgettable performances. To top it off, Alex Consani and Quenlin Blackwell made a surprise appearance on the big screen, bringing the iconic Apple Dance to life, and the crowd went wild.

  • Green Day brought a heavy dose of nostalgia to the festival, getting the crowd to sing along to classics like "Boulevard of Broken Dreams".

  • Megan Thee Stallion turned the heat up when she brought out Queen Latifah, delivering a moment that’ll be talked about for years. The performance was pure fire, overflowing with the bold energy and unapologetic confidence that Megan is famous for. It was a legendary collaboration that left the crowd completely mesmerized.

  • Lisa of BLACKPINK showcased her solo stage presence in a set so epic it felt like a headlining performance of its own. With flawless choreography and an undeniable powerhouse performance, Lisa proved she can dominate the stage on her own.

  • Jennie of BLACKPINK made a major impact with her solo performance as well, debuting her new music to a huge crowd for the very first time. The energy was electric as she showcased her growth as an artist, delivering each track with confidence and style that captivated the audience.

Coachella 2025 Weekend One: The Reinvention We Didn’t Know We Needed

At the end of the day, Coachella 2025 wasn’t just about the performances, it was about the reinvention. As this year’s festival continues to spark conversation, one thing is clear — the bar has been set. With unforgettable moments and performances that have everyone talking, it’s hard to imagine what could possibly top it. But with Coachella’s history of innovation and surprise, one thing’s for sure: next year will only get bigger and bolder. We can’t wait to see what 2026 has in store. Until then, we’ll be counting down the days, ready for the next cultural reset.
