Gifts I Would Ask For For Christmas If I Didn’t Already Own Them

If you’re anything like me, the day after Halloween marks the beginning of the holiday season. The temperature is dropping, the last of the orange, red and yellow leaves are trickling from the trees and everyone is bringing out their winter coats. With all this being said, this time of year means only one thing: Christmas wishlists. Surprisingly, most wishlist guides you come across are for buying gifts for other people. Who is going to help the girls sort out what they want? Fortunately for you, I am bringing you a 2025 Christmas Wishlist guide for yourself. Here’s a few things I would add to my list if I didn’t already own them.
A winter coat
With the harsh temperatures moving in, a warm coat is the perfect addition to your wardrobe. I currently have the Aritzia Super Puff, and it is the warmest coat I have ever owned. I have tried brands from Columbia to The North Face, and none of them kept me warm in the harsh State College winters. Not only is it warm but super stylish too. The three different length options, the Shorty, Mid and Long allow you to match your coat seamlessly to whatever your style needs are.
An iPad
My parents bought me an iPad for Christmas a few years back and I still use it every day. It also helps that it is Pink. You can use it for so many things. From taking notes in class to scrolling through Pinterest, you cannot go wrong asking for a new iPad.
Bonus gift: An Apple Pencil is also a great addition.
3. A Robe
I live in my robe when I am home. They are good for lounging, getting ready or throwing on when you are cold. I personally love the ones from Victoria’s Secret. Feeling like I am a VS model getting ready for the fashion show while I am getting ready to go out is an unbeatable feeling.
4. Perfume
Everyone loves to hear “You smell so good” when they walk into a room, which is why adding one really good perfume to your collection is so important. My favorite scents are Eilish by Billie Eilish and Cloud by Ariana Grande. You can find both at Ulta Beauty.
5. A purse
Every girl needs an everyday bag to elevate her wardrobe. My current obsession is the Coach rebrand. I have built a small collection of Coach bags and would love to add to it this holiday season. Compared to other luxury purse brands, Coach is more affordable and very attainable.
6. Uggs
Uggs are a staple for the cold weather months. There is just something so cozy and cute about a fall outfit with new (or old) Uggs. I have recently purchased the Women's Tasman Caspian Spotted Animal Print Calf Hair Clogs, and I am obsessed. The black and brown pattern lets me pair them with almost any outfit. I also practically slip on my Classic Mini II boots every day.
7. A Sweatsuit
A matching set is so convenient when you are late for class in the morning, and nothing keeps you warmer than a good sweatsuit. Investing in a high-quality one is worth it, and recently the Comfrt brand has been my favorite. Their sets are known to feel like a weighted blanket, and I can confidently say they do.
8. Headphones
I have the Deep Brown Beats Studio Pro, and I absolutely love them. I wear them to the gym, to do work or just when I am walking to class. They have great sound, and the noise cancellation feature comes in handy when you are trying to study in a place with a lot of traffic. The nude color options are perfect if you love a more minimalistic look like I do.
